Recipe of the month: Yummy Brownies

1 box Brownie Mix
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. of cinnamon
1 cup of nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray bottom of 13x9" pan
Crack eggs in big bowl and stir them up
Add water, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract and stir well
Add brownie mix and cinnamon
Stir about 50 strokes or until there are no more lumps
Add nuts (optional)
Pour into pan and bake 28-30 minutes
Check if done by poking toothpick in center
If it comes out clean, brownies are done. Cool about 15 minutes before cutting

For some fun recipes, we recommend "Cooking with Monkey". A very funny site, similar to Julia Childs, but the cook is a stuffed monkey who walks you through each step!! He's not great at telling measurements though - probably because he's a monkey!
